All services are subject to technician availability, scheduling, and geographic limitations.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Service quotes or estimates are non-binding until confirmed by a technician.

Prices are subject to change without notice and may not include taxes, parts, or additional labor.

Final charges are determined after inspection of the appliance or system.

Promotions, discounts, or special offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur a service fee.

Emergency or after-hours services may incur additional charges and limited availability.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted methods include credit card via Stripe or other approved methods.

Late or unpaid balances may incur additional fees or collection action.

6. Warranty and Service Guarantee

Labor performed by MB Appliance/HVAC Services is typically covered under a 30-day service warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Manufacturer warranties on parts are subject to the part supplier’s terms.

Warranty claims are valid only if the appliance or system has not been altered, tampered with, or serviced by another party.

Any additional service requests outside the original repair may require a new estimate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, arising from use of our website or services.

We are not responsible for pre-existing appliance issues, manufacturer defects, or client misuse.

Service outcomes may vary depending on appliance age, brand, or condition.

8. Subcontractors and Third-Party Work

If subcontractors are used, MB Appliance/HVAC Services is responsible only for the quality of work performed by our own employees. Liability for subcontractor work is limited to the subcontractor’s warranty, if any.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, inability to perform, or service interruptions caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters or severe weather

Supply chain disruptions

Power outages or internet failures

Strikes or labor disputes

10. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold MB Appliance/HVAC Services harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:

Misuse or negligence of appliances or HVAC systems

Violation of these Terms and Conditions

Unsafe conditions provided for service

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos, is owned by MB Appliance/HVAC Services or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution may result in legal action.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, clients agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation or mediation before initiating legal action.

13. Limitation of Time for Claims

Any claims related to services or repairs must be made within 30 days of service completion. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
